About the terms and conditions
The following business terms and conditions apply to all current and future orders and business relationships between the Company and the Customer. The buyer acknowledges these conditions with his order.
No variations, conflicts and additions to these Conditions are permitted or will constitute any part of the agreement between the Company and the Customer, even if acknowledged, unless expressly authorized by the Company in writing.
Offers and orders
The haseform.de Internet content serves to provide information and makes no offers in the legal sense. Offers made by haseform.de are not legally binding. Offers are subject to technical changes and amendments to or variations in shape, colour and/or weight within reasonable limits. Goods ordered and delivered remain the property of hasefom.de until all outstanding invoices from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. Place of execution and court of jurisdiction is Trier, Germany.
Prices and payment
All prices stated are quoted net and are subject to V.A.T. at the current valid country rate as well as any additional shipping charges. Unless otherwise stipulated, all prices refer to the items in accordance with the description, not however to contents, accessories and decoration depicted. Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer, cash on delivery or per invoice. For new customers placing a first order, only cash/payment in advance is possible.
Condition of goods and warranties
Only the descriptions made and/or the specifications stated by the manufacturer concerning the exact conditions of the goods are applicable to any agreement. Public statements, marketing statements or advertisements by the manufacturer do not constitute a contractually binding representation of the condition of the goods. With the exception of light bulbs, haseform.de offers a minimum warranty of two years from the date of invoice on all goods purchased through the haseform.de online shop. We will ensure that your warranty claims are fulfilled in the case of material and processing errors and/or defects. The warranty only covers the products and not consequential damages, loss, deliberate damage or improper treatment. In the case of defective goods, haseform.de will decide whether to repair the goods or provide a suitable replacement. The customer is obliged to report obvious damage or defects in writing within a period of seven days from receipt of the delivered goods. On failure to report the damage, the customer cedes his right our of all warranty claims. The customer receives no legally binding guarantees from haseform.de. The manufacturer’s own guarantees and the customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.
Return of goods
Sometimes goods do not live up to expectations. In this case the customer of course has the right to return the goods ordered within 20 days. We would, however, ask you to carefully select all items you order as returns can lead to high costs accruing to our company, which we would only reluctantly pass on to you the customer in addition to the selling price. If you have any questions regarding any item, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone! Our service team would be very happy to provide any information you may require. We have sample colours and materials for many items, which we would be very happy to make available to you. In this way sampled offers can be avoided.

20 day right of return
haseform.de grants an unconditional 20 day right of return on all orders placed online of fully-priced items. Should you not be satisfied with the goods delivered, simply call us. We will immediately arrange for a replacement to be delivered or the return of the goods against a credit note.
Important: Items must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused and without signs of use. For this reason, please keep all packaging until you have made your final decision regarding your purchase. In the case of any deterioration in the quality of the article due to use or damage, haseform.de reserves the right to deny any compensation request for the replacement value. Please note: The right of return does not apply to goods where price discounts are granted (e.g. quantity discounts), articles offered at a sale/reduced price and for items especially tailored or customized according to a customer's request (e.g. made-to-measure, or customized with regards to size, materials or colour selection)
Improvements and changes
haseform.de reserves the right to make changes to products, even without prior notice, if, from our point of view or from that of a manufacturer, the change serves to improve the quality of the product. Prices remain valid until further notice. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability.

This applies only if incorrect assembly instructions have prevented the successful assembly of the goods in question.

Delivery service and charges
We are available to answer your queries per telephone during office hours. Please refer to the delivery times and delivery charges quoted when you make your order (as stated in your invoice).
These terms are only valid throughout the Federal Republic of Germany. Delivery times and charges to locations abroad and on to islands can be obtained on request.
Methods of Payment
1. Payment in advance by bank transfer
2. Within 20 days after receipt of invoice should be considered net (not applicable for new customers)
3. Paying cash when collecting items yourself
Damages
Any claims for damages made against ourselves (haseform.de), our representatives or subcontractors are excluded unless the aggrieved party can prove that physical injuries, damages to health or other damages were caused deliberately or through gross negligence on the part of ourselves, our representatives or subcontractors.
In case of non-payment
