swivel barbecue
The construction of this swivel barbecue is as old as the act of grilling itself. The rods wedge at the apex of the construction with their own weight and just a light twist (see image) rendering screws, nuts, bolts and the like redundant. Correspondingly, the height of the grill can be easily adjusted to suit individual requirements.
The grate consists of v-shaped lateral ribs, allowing the fat to be collected thus reducing the amount dropping onto the charcoal to a minimum.
